Music only they could appreciate

My kids love music. Proof to it is their mobile phones loaded with MP3 songs. They carry their cellphones wherever they go, except of course when they take a bath. They listen to new songs only they could appreciate. I said this because I’m still stuck to a certain era where I can relate and appreciate the songs more. My kids also listen to instrumental music from time to time. Although they can’t really recognize whether the sound emanates from a focusrite scarlett 6i6 or whatever type of guitar it is, they still appreciate the good music. Music gives them company when they are bored. It also relaxes and helps them to sleep.

Don’t force your kids to learn a musical instrument

If your kids are interested in learning to play a musical instrument, let her choose what instrument she is comfortable in playing. If she likes guitar, there are varieties to choose from that would fit her age. When she gets older and her interest for guitar becomes complicated, she can check for frailing at musicians friend. It is wonderful to see when your child plays a piano at such a young age. So whenever she makes progress, praise her. It will give her confidence and inspiration.
